epsom saltsAdd 2 cup fulls of them to your bath and soak for 12 mins by doing this 3 times a week it can flush toxin from the body, create relaxation and relieve stress, reduce inflammation which in turn will help reduce muscular aches and cramps. So after a hard day at work or hard gym session but these in your bath sit back and relax.
